Backyard Bellingham Wedding Photography: Kelsey & PJ

Kelsey and PJ married in a backyard wedding overlooking Bellingham Bay! It was such an honor to be invited back into this family again after capturing her sister’s big wedding last summer. These two weddings were the perfect example that it’s possible to have a fun, relaxed day no matter the guest count. Attitude is everything, and this group arrived ready to celebrate and make some memories! All of Kelsey and PJ’s loved ones had a hand in creating this event for them. Her dad built the arch for their ceremony using flowers grown and arranged by their friends. Kelsey’s sister’s friends and in-laws set up the decor and worked the reception. PJ’s brother officiated, and in a surprise emotional moment, each guest stood and shared promises to the couple before their own vows. It was an incredibly special day, and I’m so excited to share some of my favorites here!
